Plantoys.gr is the online exhibition and distribution store of PlanToys by its exclusive distributor in Greece, the Greek company “Athanasia and Victoria Kourkaki G.P.”, based in Karditsa.

Our company is active in the marketing and exclusive distribution of PlanToys products in wholesale and retail in Greece.

Currency of transactions

All transactions in this online store are made in Euros.

Card transaction security

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s Alpha e-Commerce electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.1 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Ways of payment

Cash on delivery: Payment of the order by cash to the courier employee at delivery. Applies only to delivery within Greece.
Card payment: Use a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card through a secure AlphaBank transaction system to which you are redirected to complete your order.
Payment with MasterPass e-wallet: MasterPass e-wallet is a MasterCard service

Receipt of your order, invoice and transaction document

After completing your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail to the address that you have indicated containing your order details. Moreover, upon shipment the products are accompanied by the official and legal document (receipt, invoice, transaction document) which you will also receive.

Return and Refund Policy

You can cancel your order by phone during working hours, replacing or returning the products for any reason, within 14 days.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been sent, you will only be charged 3€ (shipping cost).
If you wish to return the products after they have been received, then this can be done with a 6€ shipping charge only after we have contacted you and if the products are intact without opening their original packaging.

In the event that your transaction is canceled or the products returned in accordance with the above conditions and given that their payment has already been made, your money will be refunded (with possible expense) by depositing them on your personal account within 5 working days of on the day of the cancellation agreement.

Product Delivery Policy

Greece

The products are collected on the same or the next day and are shipped to ACS courier within 1 to 3 working days at the address you have stated in your order.
If the address of the recipient is in an inaccessible area, the order will be sent to the nearest ACS courier branch after informing the customer.

The shipping and delivery costs for any place in Greece are:

3€ for orders totaling less than 50€,
0€ if you purchase products costing over 50€, with the exception of large volume products where the cost is 8€,
3€ if you cancel your order after the products have been shipped and
6€ in case of return of the products upon receipt

Cyprus

The products are collected on the same or the next day and are shipped to ACS courier within 7 to 10 working days at the address you have stated in your order.
If the address of the recipient is in an inaccessible area, the order will be sent to the nearest ACS courier branch after informing the customer.
